Mw2 clan tag profanity

Everything just says text prohibited due to profanity. Is there something broken or is it my game. This has happened to me previously. It's not profanity in the clan tag. I bet it's your Activision name. That's what it's telling you. I had to change mine in order to get the clan tag to work..

The issue is coming from the Microsoft filters. There really is not much we can do at all about this issue. Microsoft uses filters when combining clan tags and gamertags that may form a profane or copyrighted word/phrase and are subject to being denied.
